1. Order Confirmation & Notification

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation notification from Safollo Agro.
In case of any incorrect or missing information in your order, our customer service team will contact you via our hotline number to verify and resolve the issue for smooth and timely delivery.

2. Delivery Information

Bangladesh Delivery

Inside Dhaka:

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Delivery will be completed within a maximum of 3 working days.
Delivery charge: ৳50

Outside Dhaka:

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Delivery will be completed within a maximum of 7 working days.
Delivery charge: ৳100

Delivery Method:
We work with reputed delivery services in Bangladesh to ensure fast and secure shipping.

International Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation and payment.
Delivery will be completed within 7 working days.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate mailing address at the time of order.
Accepted international payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx (debit/credit cards)

Delivery Method:
We deliver international orders through trusted global couriers like DHL or FedEx.

Delivery Charges:

All international delivery charges must be paid by the customer, as per DHL/FedEx’s terms & conditions.

Important:
If any delivery issue occurs due to customer error, the customer will bear both-way shipping costs. If the error is caused by Safollo Agro, we will bear the full delivery charge.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

4. Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of order.
We accept online payments through secure gateways and support both domestic and international transactions.

5. Product Availability

All products listed on the website are subject to availability.
In case an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternatives or process a refund as per your preference.

6. Pricing & Errors

All prices listed are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless stated otherwise.
