We are working with the well reputed Delivery Service's in Bangladesh.


FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY :

The international delivery will be executed by DHL or FedEx.

BANGLADESH DELIVERY:

INSIDE DHAKA:

Once your order is confirmed, we start the processing by 24 hours and delivery process will be completed by maximum 3 working days into your hand.

OUTSIDE DHAKA:

Once your order is confirmed, we start the processing by 24 hours and delivery process will be completed by maximum 7 working days into your hand.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY :

Once your order is confirmed, we start the processing by 24 hours and delivery process will be completed by 7 working days into your hand. 

International Customers has to place the order with detail mailing address for perfect delivery after being paid successfully to Glow Me account by Visa Card, Master Card or AmEx Card of debit or credit. If any wrongdoing arise by customer’s fault (as per order details record kept on both sides), the customer has to pay the both way delivery charges. But if any mistakes taken by Glow Me, Glow Me will pay the both way charges. Customer may reach Glow Me anytime of working hours to our dedicated Hotline number’s or email us at helpline@glowme.com.bd

1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.

2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box. You can return the item if: The original invoice slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original invoice slip.

  • We don’t process exchanges or returns after 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • Pack your exchanges or returns securely in the original package and attach the invoice slip.

  • Glow Me Will Refund If:

    1. Unable to deliver any product.

    2. Customer returns any product from Paid or Cash On Delivery order.
    3. Customer cancels any order (Paid or Cash On Delivery) before it has been shipped.

    Under above condition Glow Me will transfer the refund amount to the customer within 7-10 working days. Refund is allowed for customers who have paid via MFS or card or other electronic payment method. For Cash On Delivery order refund is to be given by customer's instruction.
