1. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Please make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging. To request an exchange, contact our support team with order details and a photo of the product.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible products within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Products like seeds and fertilizers are non-returnable if opened or used due to quality and safety concerns.
